Best ever.  Good for you Sue!

Monday:

1)  Completed 1 hour in am on treadmill and another 30 mins at the Y

2)  Went to the Y early so I could spend some time in the Sauna when I was finished.

3)  Be a Doodle Foster Mom ..... the feeling of rescuing a beautiful little Doodle from a kill shelter and matching them with their new forever family is priceless.  And, you will probably burn a few extra calories while they are with you.

4)  Completed week 5 on my WW plan staying within my points range the entire time!  No cheating!

Really Nice.  Thank you for saving a life too. What a wonderful act of kindness.

Tuesday, another fun day skiing with Quincy we had to get out early to beat the blizzard that we are expecting this evening. The  best way to make sure you get lots of exercise is to find something you love doing, I sure wish I could swim, I think I'll add taking swim lessons  to my bucket list. I have a fear of heights and a fear of water, I have somewhat conquered my fear of heights so water is next. Now for a nice hot bath and a salad for lunch and I'm going to spend the afternoon (after I brush Quincy) scanning some of my pictures into the computer. This is a pic of Quincy after our ski outing. I have a feeling tomorrows exercise may involve a shovel.

Nothing like going through old photos to remind you what you looked like 20 yrs and 20lbs ago.
Hahahaha, I think that may be the something I'll do for myself next week - NOT look at mine ;)

1.  Treadmill hill workout.

2.  No time today - prepping for hubby's concert tomorrow at 11am!

4.  So wanted to stress eat preparing for tomorrow - but I compromised...had McDonalds, but only had small hamburger and small fries...still within WW points so far today!  Planning on making a chicken dish with some veggies for tonight. 

 

I will be glad when tomorrow at about 1pm...the stress of this concert will be over.  They sure don't show you all the behind the scene crap that has to be done on American Idol! LOL!

Can't wait for you to come out in June Melissa.  We will definitely have to see you and Peter.
