THURSDAY:

  1. 30 minute walk/run with dogs and DH
  2. Bought some great hair care products and some hair pretties

1, walked 1.5 miles in AM and PM. Merci A Dieu for my true companion.

4. O.K. blew this one. Just ate a bowl of yummy, yummy porcini mushroom ravioli. Did I mention, YUM.

Nice!  I would love a neck massage....

A total of 2 1/2 hrs outside today, snowblowing, shoveling, snowshoeing and a half hour walk and did I mention it's -4F with the windchill. Had a hot bath, gave the dog a bath, a yummy salad for dinner and now it's couch time.

Not sure how you deal with those cold temps!  I have trouble even getting motivated to leave the house when it is that cold here!

That is such hard work Donna...Wow!  Sounds like a great day though...I can't seem to make myself eat salads when it's cold. I always want warm comfort food...hence, the extra pounds I'm packing...lol.  Luckily, we actually have wonderful weather 90% of the time here in CA.

18 holes on the golf course, on skis of course, what a beautiful sunny day.
How fun!  You know many studies have shown that walking is just as beneficial as jogging.  I just love being outside.

2.  Went to a movie with my husband, He has been working a lot (which is good) so it was really good to get to spend time with him!

Great quote and I agree. There really IS some truth to possitive thinking.  Nice day.  I'm sure you were within points.  After a while we can just tell right?

1.  again, none...been dealing with a headache for a couple of days...thinks it is the weather change.

2.  FINALLY got through all of the DK emails that have been adding up in my email account...all 262 of them!!!  Whew!  Great catching up with what has been going on with everyone!

4.  Weighed myself and I am down 2 pounds...inspired me to have a wonderful salad for dinner!
