A Question I've Not Seen Asked Before.

This may be a strange question but does your doodle have loose skin? Quincy's skin has always been very loose and when I brush or comb him I have to hold onto his skin to keep it from pulling. Is this normal or is it something I should be concerned about. I've petted a lot of dogs and I've never noticed it on any other dog. The only place the skin is not loose in on his legs. I thought about posting this for awhile but it just seemed like it might be a stupid question.

Ya Huff has loose-ish skin too.:) Its nothing to worry about. I have seen it on quite a few other dogs too.

Yep, Dylan 's the same. Sometimes looks like his fur moves independently of him as he walks, especially when he has his wiggle going.

 

I was once told that you could tell if a dog has stopped growing my checking how much loose skin they have around the back of the neck but not sure if that's true..If it is, Dylan is going to be MASSIVE!!

Daisy has always fit nicely into her skin, I have fit into my skin as well (the alternative is exercise and dieting) - no wrinkles please - HA HA

This is the first chance I have had to check back after I posted this, and now that I've stopped laughing, I am glad we are not alone. I was kind of worried that maybe it was because he doesn't drink enough water and yes it's a good thing our doodles can't post about us.  We may have enough doodles to start a new group. Loose Doodles. Thanks guys for your replies I almost didn't post because it sounded so funny. I would say Quincy would have to gain about 10 lbs or more to fill out his skin.
