One day, Toby picked up a squeaky toy and swung it at his ball. Much to his delight and surprise, he discovered he could make it roll all around the house! Now all we have to do is say, "Toby, why don't you go bat a ball!" and he'll go get a ball and find a toy or two to swing at it! He's quite adept at getting it out from behind chair legs, etc. :)

Side note:  We take it as a sign of great intelligence that he has taught himself how to use "tools!" ROFL!
