Does your doodle like to lick?

Bindi likes to lick my husbands hands all the time. She even likes to lick them after he just washed them. She also likes to lick our faces, especially our noses. She puts her paws on either side of the face & starts to lick. I think I can feel her lick my brain at times. Does anyone else have a doodle that likes to do this?

Buddy LOVES to lick! He especially likes my husband's feet (don't ask me why!) and will also lick his hands and he also goes after ears! I don't let him lick me that much, since I see him lick other parts of himself! YUCK! LOL!

Yeah I know. Bindi sometimes eats rabbit droppings when we are not looking.Yuck!

Tara likes to lick faces. Sometimes if I am laying down she will stand with her feet on my hair so I can't get away!! Fortunately she is a mini and I can lift her off before she gets to MY brain!!! LOL!  So it was easy to teach her the "give me a kiss" command because she really likes it anyhow!!

Our late Thule was a MAJOR licker.  Drove me bananas as I'm not a big fan of being treated like a human lollipop.

Darwin isn't a big licker. Just the occasional lick to the hand.

Gracie Doodle loves to give kisses.  My DH taught her to lick his face and now we just have to ask for kisses and up she comes and she will lick for 5 minutes straight.  She comes up in bed and licks us.  When DH comes home from work they have a routine where she runs back to our bedroom and jumps up on the bed.  DH goes back to change out of his work clothes but she has to kiss him first.  He stands at the foot of the bed and Gracie stands up with her arms draped over his shoulders and looks down and kisses him.  Gracie is a 75 lb big girl too!  She just loves to kiss us!!

My primary licker is Luca and he tends to like legs. I think he likes the lotion. Of course both doodles like hands that have been near any food. I think I need to make my own lotion to avoid having Luca lick all sorts of ingredients that they put in commercial lotion. Any suggestions?

Yes, my Kona loves to lick from the day I picked her up at 8 weeks :)  She loves faces, especially your eye lids, but she will cover your whole face with lovely soft kisses if you let her.....  Buddy only licks the people he really likes, he is so adorable each morning with soft big kisses for me :P

Ned kisses - pokes his nose at you, but Clancy likes to lick.  Kisses are nice, slobbery licking = not so much.
