Yappy Hour ended for most people at a normal hour. Camilla and I managed to stay on until 2 am chatting. We think we set the record, so far, for longest chat. I ran this post by her and she thought it sounded like fun. Do you know how when you talk to someone over the phone, you might wonder what they look like? Almost always, you are wrong. Last week in Yappy Hour, people thought I was short and petite and I am 5'12" and no one has ever called me tiny. Well, I thought it might be fun to see what the people behind the names look like here on DK. Pick your best picture, something casual, or both, and post it here if you are feeling brave. I picked a picture from my daughter's wedding and one where we look like normal. For the wedding, it took two people to get me looking like I did and quite frankly, it is never going to get better than that day. Oh, and beside me is my DH. (rescuer of groundhogs, wearer of peanut butter pants, and re-home reject)  I know we like to comment on Doodle pictures, but it is not necessary to say things like When Did Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Join DK? or Are These Two Supermodels? or even Biggest Losers? Just have fun and post a picture.

No, it is not Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt!!

Kim, You are another DK'er young enough to be my daughter. Lovely family!
Thanks guys. 8*) Its pretty cool that I get to see what everyone looks like right off the bat,. Being so new here, I get to pcture everyone as they really look when readng their posts. And I love seeing everyones pics. Its nice being with so many people who love their dogs the same way I do.
This was a Great Idea!!  I am just loving all these pictures and being able to finally put a human face to the names...The pictures are all so nice..

Here's one from an impromptu doodle romp in the fall.  There's Joanne (hiding behind Starlit) and her DH, Suzann, Ann and me (Clifford's mom-Kim) with all of our doods and a foster named Ralph.  Ann's hubby and mine were busy behind the camera.

Thanks Kim! Great photo...especially of Joanne. lol

Thank you Linda.  Here is another.  I'm getting very good at this

Joanne, You are nothing like I imagined. I did not know you had all that white around your nose :)
I inherited the mustache from my grandmothers and so happy mine is white and not black like theirs.   :-%}
Yes, I agree that would have been so much worse!
Ha ha ha - LMAO Joanne!
Oh Joanne...I would recognize you anywhere or is that the Fake Joanne????  lol

Sorry Joanne - I had to share.

This is Joanne, holding my Charli in August 2009 when Charli was under 3 months old.

Joanne, DH Roger and Spud drove from Ohio to Pittsburgh for the day. They came to meet us and welcome Mickey to his new home with my daughter and her husband, Marissa and Seamus. Now how is that for a friend! Joanne and I only had our virtual friendship up until that point. Sine that weekend, Joanne and I are what I call 'friends', the full definition of the word. Love you J!!!!
