We would LOVE for you to participate if you are looking for some accountability.  Here's how you can play along.  Give yourself ONE point each day in the following four areas.  At the start of the next challenge, I will crown the winner and we will have a comment parade.  I would also encourage everyone to post something really encouraging for the winner. There's absolutely nothing wrong with "Congratulations" but I know how wonderful it is to get a ncie pat on the back and encouragement to keep on keepin' on.  OK, so here we go....

 

  1. Some kind of fitness.  Anything, as long as it challenges you.
  2. Something special...A treat JUST for you ie.Hot soak in the tub, mani-pedi, an hour with a good book.
  3. Post something encouraging, motivational or inspirational
  4. Make a healthy food choice.....Salad or fruit instead of fries, fish instead of steak.

I really want this to be a fun place to be and a place we can all come to and feel encouraged and inspired. 

 

This week, I will have TWO crowns.... The second one is a surprise.

 Yesterday:

Ate a banana for a snack instead of a pb& j ( my usual) 

Removed most of the carpet plus nails, in our upstairs corner room-  for doggie room .  :)

 

I think i will copy your quote and paste it in my car, so whenever i pass by wendy's, i will just keep going.

 

 

I love that quote too...It's totally me, I want to lose weight but I want second servings more (at the moment). I'm going to copy and paste it to my forehead...lol, although I guess I won't see it there..haha

Wednesday -- I sometimes wonder where the time goes. 

1) The good news is I did my treadmill workout this morning but it is now 4:00 and I should be dressed and ready to head to the Y to meet DH for another workout and here I sit.  Having trouble with these afternoon workouts lately.

2)  I guess the something nice for me would have to be that I have to go to a funeral on Friday, so I went and bought a new outfit to wear.  Since I don't work outside the house any longer, my dress up wardrobe has sort of taken a hit.  I've worn the same 2 outfits to the last 5 visitations and funerals, so I thought it was time.

3)  My favorite weight loss quote would have to be ...... Nothing tastes as good as thin feels! 

4)  I've been doing the smoothie thing a lot lately for breakfast and lunch.  Skim milk, frozen strawberries, a few fresh strawberries and some frozen blueberries.  Because the fruit is frozen, no need for ice.  Only 3 weight watchers points as the fruit is 0 and I use skim milk.  Yummmmmmm

 Thursday 

 

         This morning  I had  a English Muffin oh boy did it taste good with my homemade strawberry jelly  yummy

 

       OKay  I am just in a goofy mood

       Zumba Tonning    just got back

       Nice long Hot shower

The week ends Sunday right?

 

I was visiting my parents and so Saturday we drive down and didn't do too much.

 

Sunday we all walked Buddy in the park and back home about 2 miles. 

Didn't eat sensibly because my mom made wonderful home-cooked meal!!! YUM!

Now we are back home and will start fresh on Tuesday!
