Man, I hope my cat will take to the new dog when it gets here.  I know it will be a transition but I am hoping in the end the cat will like him.  He's a house cat, lazy and laid back but I could see him looking at me like "now what have you done?" when I brought each daughter home so I can only imagine the look he'll give me when the puppy gets here.

It makes me so happy to see that many of you have cats! The ONLY thing keeping me from getting a puppy NOW is my 17 year old indoor cat. She's such a sweet girl and I don't want to stress her out in her old age. She's also never met a dog and tends to be a little shy. Anyway, I'm greatly enjoying all of the cat+dog photos!
