Oliver ate a Dryer Sheet!!!!

I was folding the laundry from the dryer and Oliver grabbed a used dryer sheet that fell from the dryer.  He ate it before I could get it from him.  Does anyone know if these things are dangerous???..He seems fine, sleeping right now, but this is his evening nap time.  Any info would be greatly appreciated...

Does the box say anything?  I'm guessing it will just pass - Rooney grabs them and runs but I don't know.

I hope so, he seems absolutely fine, but I think I will call the vet anyway in the morning.  It was used, so most of the chemical is out of it, he is playing and drinking and eating fine.  It says keep away from children, nothing about animals...

He seems fine now, he is eating his night snack without a problem, wass playing and running around the house. But I will call the vet in the morning...Oh what they can do to make us nuts...

Is there an emergency vet you can call? I would phone, just to make sure they aren't toxic. If not, it will pass in a day or two.

The emergency vet here is not one I like, and he seems fine right now, has been fine all night.  I am thnking that most of whatever is in it was out because it was used, not a new one.  I will call the vet in the morning for sure. thanks.

I am going to call him first thing in the morning, right now he is sitting with me, chewing his toy, and just came to relax from his nightly zoomies..So I am thinking he is ok...It was not a new sheet, it had been used, and I am hoping that he will just pass it.  Why do these kids do these things????

Oh gosh..That would scare me.. I've heard you can feed a dog a lot of pumpkin and it will induce vomitting. I would call a vet though for sure.

Thanks for the info, but right now he is absolutely fine, it has been 5 hrs since he did it.  He is playing and running around, ate his evening snack cookie, and seems ok, but I will call first thing in the morning...Thanks I appreciate your help...

THrough my home again microchip program I have access to a vet for free, (well I pay a yearly rate) did you find the answer or do you want me to call and ask for you?

Jennifer that is so nice of you!!!!..But he really seems ok, he has been playing all night, eating and drinking fine and he is his happy self...I am thinking that the dryer sheet was not a new one it was used, so I am hoping that most of the stuff in it was used up, and he didn't get any bad stuff, or very little.  I am going to call my vet first thing in the am and see what he says..But Thank you so very much for offering to make that call for me...What a wonderful caring person you are...,
