Just testing to be sure it works still...I embedded your video directly into your post.  It SEEMS to be working, but sometimes when I come back I don't see it.  In any case if you SEE the video embedded then basically what you need to do is paste the embed code into the media window that pops up when you click that third button that looks like a movie reel (next to the photo insert button).
