****** WEEK NINE****** Come on peeps, Summer's a comin' Let's get out there and DO this!

I started this group so that those of us who needed a little accountability could come here and receive the encouragement and the little nudge we need to get our the door (or in if that works) and take care of ourselves. I'm still here if anyone needs help or just someone to talk to.

 

Show up everyday and post something for each of the points numbers below and receive one point. We will have a weekly parade for the winner plus, some surprises along the way....and a give away at the end of the year.

 

  1. Some kind of physical activity...Anything....As long as you are challenged.
  2. Something JUST for you..ie: mani, pedi, bath, book....something to rejuvenaete yourself.
  3. Post a motivational  or inspiring quote that will keep us going through the week.
  4. Share ONE healthy choice you made during the day. It's good to share ideas with others.

I know we all get busy and fitness isn't always at the top of our lists but....I have two young doodles and a precious family that I want to be my best for.  I hope you'll make the time to encourage me and I will do the same for you.

 I was in Ireland last week, but I am back and rareing to go expect for this jet lag thing going on now

 

   But I am still going to go to ZUMBA  to night

  Boy that jet lag stuff is hard  but I did do Zumba last night   I think tonight I will be able to walk Wilson,

  I will post later on

 

MONDAY:

  1. Walked the dogs 2 miles
  2. Went out with some friends to say good bye to a local rest. going out of business :(
  3. Dreaming is my passion but making it true is my obsession.
  4. Went to a pizza place BUT....I ordered a turkey sandwich and a side salad :)

 Great for you for ordering that Turkey Sandwich  and a salad   Woot Woot

 

  Yesterday  I took Wilson for a walk   3 miles

  We had beef sandwiches  but I didn't have any bread

   And ate  a apple after school

 

    along with success  comes a reputation of wisdon

MONDAY

1.  extended my weekend and did not work out

4.  Stuck to my WW points!

TUESDAY

 

1.  Walked 2 miles with hubby & Buddy!

2.  Craved a hamburger so I had Wendy's for dinner....mmmm so good

3.  To love is to risk not being loved in return. To hope is to risk pain. To try is to risk failure, but risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.

4.  I actually did not eat any lunch, so even with the Wendy's for dinner I was only 2 points over my Daily allotment!  WOO HOO!

I weighed myself this morning and I am down 2.8 pounds!!!  YAY!!!  Ok, will post Wedneday later!

 Way to go Melissa  keep up the good work

 

  O n    Wednesday

 

       I walked wilson 4 miles

       Gave several hugs to a crying kindergartner

      Had a pasta salad for lunch

 

      Life is what you make  it   Go have Fun!  DAnce!! and Laugh!

  Thursday  3/31

 

      Today  I ate a banana with my Toast

       Zumba  (it feels so good after a week off)

      Walked Wilson for 2 miles

 

       Life is what u make it  go for the gusto
