How soon is too soon for a bone?
I have a bone from the Rollover company for Toby. It's the company my breeder recommended for treats, etc. All natural stuff, made in Canada. :) But how soon is too soon to give Toby a bone? I don't want it to affect his appetite as he just started eating well 36 hours ago.

Not sure how old he is, but if it is a bone he will eat fast then I'd wait a bit. But, if it is just something he will chew I'd give it to him now.

Yes, like Tamara said wait if it is a nylabone type - boy those go fast!! I think 5 seconds flat for my female!!! Regular bones are good for chewing. There is another discussion on bones with some pictures of different types. I'm not sure yet how to attach the link...however there is a search option and you can probably find it by searching for "bones" - or maybe "bully sticks"...that may have been the subject.
