We just had two darling chocolate f1b babies born, along with their 4 white and 1 black siblings. I've been looking for a nice chocolate adult picture as Ive not seen an adult chocolate. Most of what I'm seeing are labradoodles. Im sure someone has a chocolate adult goldendoodle they would like to show me. Thanks.
Yes because Golden's rarely, if ever, carry a Brown gene so you depend on the Brown gene coming solely from the Poodle side of the pedigree. BTW... those light colored puppies are not White. I believe in Doodles that color is called Cream or Chalk.
The dad is a choc/white parti poodle. The mom is a goldendoodle with a chocolate grandaddy poodle on her mothers side. You are right, they are not white but cream. Very different looking from my White English goldendoodle pups last October. Is there a difference between chalk and cream? Is one considered lighter than the other? One of the three girls does appear to be a lighter than the other two. I love having colors. My first two litters were all golden which is nice but it is kind of fun to have different colors.
