Leather rolled collars question

[Ring Around the Collar]

Hello, i bought a leather rolled collar for my Maya, and after finding the right size, i had to return it anyway.  When i put it on her, i couldnt get the leash clasp into the metal ring on the collar because the extra leather piece is tucked in there.  Hope that makes sense :) For those who have those collars, how do you attach the leash?  Do you know of any that has the metal ring away from the clasp?

Charlie wears rolled leather collar as well. It is just from Petco, nothing special. But I totally understand what you are saying about the ring. Yes, it is hard to get the leash crasp on and off because of the fact the extra piece of the collar is tucked under..... I just struggle a bit... But, I have no other place to attach the leash, so I somehow attach it there. it does go on, its just a little difficult..... I also bought the collar that fit her at the very last "hole" for the buckle, so that "extra piece" kind of ends at the ring area as well.....

Quincy also wears a rolled leather collar, and yes the leash is difficult to attach, the ring is not quite big enough with the end of collar threaded through it. It would make life easier if that ring was just a little bigger.
