HELP...Louie got his package of Heartgard Plus and ate them all!!!

Louie is 60 lbs, Heartgard Plus for dogs 51-100 lbs package

He ate 5 doses... Vet is closed...Internet advice is do nothing....or rush to the ER vet?

Just happened 1/2 ago.

What should we do????
