June Assignment

From the usual small amount of input the consensus goes to photos of scenes at different times of day or with interesting shadows. Of course, manly themes, as was suggested for father's day, can be part of that. But really 99% of us active in this group are women although more male participation is welcomed. As it happens I have an example :) I posted in the garden group about a time lapse garden camera my son had given me.

Time Lapse

Here are three photos of the same scene at opposing ends of the day including one somewhat decent exposure mid day. Good thing white flowers jump out of the dark : ) I know we can do much better than this.

here are a oouple of shots from a trip i took to cape may, nj last september. sunrise was so pretty as i sat on the porch. and duncan on the beach. little shadow cast on the sand.

Duncan looks so adorable here. And you captured that afternoon sun beautifully. It makes me squint my eyes as if I was actually staring into the sun - lol!

I agree - I feel like squinting too!  This is a cool pic, I really like the flowering bush in the center.  Really neat.

Love the low sun light on cute Duncan's fur and the shadows accentuate the foot and paw prints in the sand.   Beautiful color and long shadows in the second shot. And, the sun - WOW!
