I have noticed that a lot of doggie products are made in China or somewhere else. I want you dk'ers to list your fav made in America products below.

We love Dura Doggie toys! They come with a guarantee (Bernie is a toy destroyer) and they smell like baked goods - we have the pink, Breast Cancer Beba toy and it smells like frosting. Still, over a month later I can tell when he's dropped it near me just by the scent =)

I love the idea of buying American and I like the story of this company.  I'm trying to stock up on toys (have tons of Kong stuff already) for my soon to be born puppy to chew so he, hopefully, won't chew up my house.  Is the Beba small enough for a puppy to use?

I think the Beba would be great for a puppy! It's actually looks  pretty small and sort of silly in Bernie's mouth, but he loves it. The material is actually very pliable, yet tough, so a puppy with a smaller jaw would likely love the slightly softer material, he'll be able to really sink his teeth in! And with one end as a squeaker and the other as a treat dispenser you can't go wrong =)

Some KONG items are made in CHINA like the doughnuts and sticks (squeaky).

Darn....your right...I have a brand new donut and the packaging does say made in china.  I really really hope that tennis ball material on the outside is safe b/c trevor has eaten ALOT of it!   The donut is Trevor's FAVORITE toy and we have a stock pile of them.

Amy- those toys look awesome. Do you buy them online or do you have a petstore that sells them?? I know our Molly would love the one that you can put treats in!!

We have a local petstore that sells them, one of their employees actually recommended the Beba toy because his husky is a big destroyer, and he was pleasantly surprised that it was lasting as long as it was! And there's the guarantee, it's only 15 days, but if Bernie is going to destroy something, it's fate is pretty obvious from the get go, so 15 days was plenty for me!

Some of the Kong products are made in my home town. We certainly get no price reduction because of them being local. Still, a great product.

I love the kong squeaky tennis balls but those are designed in the usa and made in china! I was surprised. I think all the other Kong toys are made in the USA though.
