Kuranda beds?

I already bought a normal dog bed, but I am interested in a cot for my dog since it is so hot in the south.  Has anyone tried cots from this manufacturer?

Where did you get your doodle(s)?
Breeder
Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
I am most familiar with Labs and Poodles. I also like the fact that this breed is low to "non-shedding".

First trip to see my litter of puppies

Posted on July 9, 2011 at 7:16pm 16 Comments

Well, I've been communicating with my breeder for months and I have already made my deposit, but tomorrow is the big day.  I am going to see the puppies in person for the first time.  They will only be a little over 3 weeks old, but I hope to get as familiar with them as possible.  I have only made the decision to pick a male, but I have not decided on which of the three that are available.  My breeder was trying to force me to pick already, but we have come to an agreement that I can wait…

I wish I had a photo of the space in the Element but my husband had that car before he and I got together.  Good luck and let us know what you decided!

Clint, here is a link to a previous discussion.  I put some photos in to illustrate the difference between the Pilot and the CRV.  You can see how much room is in the back of the CRV with a few suitcases and 2 dogs.  Sheba and Duke aren't small dogs.  I would consider them a medium size.  Duke is around 67 lbs. and stands 24 in. at the shoulder and Sheba is around 53 lbs. and stands 22 in. at the shoulder. Hope this helps a little!  Thank you for the friend request!  Let us know if we can help you with any other questions you may have about Hondas.  Ann

I had an Element for a short while until I hit a deer when on the highway going 70mph and totaled the Element and killed the deer but I was fine.  I had two CRV's and loved both of them and prefer  them over the Element.  Currently Ann and I have a Pilot and like it the best it is bigger and more expensive but we put the back seats down and Sheba and Duke can lay down in the back. As some one else mentioned the Element has been discontinued but I would think some new ones are still on the lot and then there is always the used ones. Mike
