Carmel Beach anyone??!!!!!

I know we've discussed this in the past but nothing solidified soooooo I thought it would be a fun idea to start a discussion.....It would be fun to gather up our (close enough) ABD Doods and spend a weekend or day in Carmel. August seems far enough away to plan a romp at this point, but Sept is good too. Any interest or thoughts!!! Best places to stay over???

We normally do 1 day trip but we could stay over too. I'll look up some dog friendly places later and post it here.
We have no plans so far for July and August, might go on a trip Sept.
It's never too soon to meet ABD doodles!

I would love to do this. We have relatives in Carmel Valley so we would stay with them if we stay over. They have a puppy from Tulip Tree (Tulip Tree is owned by Shelly's daughter). I have a chronic illness which will determine if I can make it for sure. It's hard for me to make commitments. I would have to just show up if I am well that day. We do not have plans for the summer so I'm open!

Count us in, too!  My parents have a vacation house in Carmel so we would stay there.  July and September work best for us if it's an overnight thing, but a day trip always works, too, and that we could do pretty much anytime.  Fun!

Here's a picture of Tigger taken at Carmel beach two days ago to get us all in the mood.  Thank goodness he got a haircut so he could just shake all the sand off! :)

I would love to do a trip. But I would have to plan it around the cooking we do for a mental health shelter. I cook with friends the 1st and 3rd weekends. so that leaves the 2nd and 4th weekends for me.

OK dates....July 30, August 6, 13, 27. these are Saturdays. I'm thinking... we can meet sometime late morning or early afternoon. Then it's all up to whoever stays around...... I know we will stay over Saturday and go home Sunday morning.

OHHHH! We would love to come and see all the ABD doodles. Especially after being on DK for a couple of years now and seeing all the pictures and post, that would be so fun to meet everyone!!

It is a 6 hour trip, but we are considering it if the time falls where we could do it. We are going back east to New England area in a couple of weeks, so If you decide on a later Aug or Sept date, we might be able to go. But I'll see what everyone decides and go from there!!
