Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

We realized last night while bathing our three that the bathing routine would have been much quicker if we only had one. It was also interesting how different each one was while being bathed.

I created the group so we can discuss the ups and downs of owning more than one doodle (or dog)

Three definately puts you over the top. When I just had one, I could do anything and go anywhere with her. Two meant more work, more time and more of everything. The third was the real change. I can't take them anywhere by myself anymore. Baths are just one thing that takes longer. Cooking for three ... more time ... more food ... bigger pots. BUT...

I love my little pack. I will never, ever go back to just one again. They are such a team, together. They go with me in the morning to wake up the boys for school and think it's their job to jump on their beds and lick sleepy faces awake. If one hears something, all three go to investigate. When I come home from work, I have three, happy to see me, fur babies to welcome me. In bed for the night, there's 3x less room because of the snuggling. It's a beautiful thing.
Another great group idea. I just signed up on the Group page. Thanks, Lynne.
Andy & Sharon had the idea. I can't take credit for it. But it's a great idea.
