Going purely off the nose (hey, we all have our beauty standards for doodles!), I vote the one with the green ribbon. Green Ribbon Doodle Girl's nose looks like the plastic nose on a stuffed animal (and in frannieland, that's totally a compliment!)

I was going to say to go with the darkest red but then I noticed the cute nose on the red ribboned puppy.  It almost looks like it will be a rose nose and with the name "Molly Rose" a rose nose would be perfect! (I'm partial to those little brown button noses anyway.)  You can't go wrong with any of these beauties!
