Saddened :(
I am quite saddened that we have to find another groomer :( Bear use to go to The Barkley Hotel and Spa.....his groomer was AWESOME!!! But now, we have moved and it is too far for us to go :( I called our groomer at The Barkley and she did not know many out our way :(
But she said when we do find one to have them call her so she could explain Bear's situation and how he is fearful. Karen did say she would call me and let me know what she professionally thought of the groomer who calls her. And I would definitely be confident Karen would be able to tell me the truth about how the new groomer would treat Bear. I am hoping to find someone soon.
If you happen to live in the Stow-Kent area in Ohio and you know of a good/patient groomer, please let me know. I am desperate to find someone who could treat Bear the way Karen did
If you happen to live in the Cleveland area and looking for a groomer, I would definitely reccommend Karen at The Barkley Hotel and Spa :) she is AWESOME!!!

If you are getting your puppy groomed at the groomers, you will get the best service and job if you book a standing appt. That way they know you want to be a repeat customer and will work with you. IMHO
