Awww Doodle Crap

It has been raining here all week long and the doodle brothers and I are going bonkers. The boys went to doggie daycare yesterday so that they had a place to run off some energy. So just now - as daddy is flying his way home - there is a MAJOR thunder boomer going on and I was engrossed in the latest DK folly - Donna's Snap, Caption, Post contest - having a little vino - life is good. All of a sudden I look at Rooney who is pointing a paw at Stuart. OMD - he just ate my shoe. Granted I left a bunch of them out of the closet I was cleaning - and this hookerish shoe was headed to the Goodwill pile (although I think it would have looked smashing with that Intercourse tee-shirt). And thank goodness it wasn't my one pair of Jimmy Choos or my Manolos, but still. So as I rushed to the bedroom to see if there was further damage - Stuart followed me and then stood there and peed right on the carpet. We were just outside. Is he stressed from the storm and I didn't catch on? Was he upset thinking he was in trouble? He NEVER goes in the house. Hurry home DH - I need a break, oh and get the little green machine out because of all the tile we have, he did it on the carpet! Wish I had taken a picture of my reading glasses that were chewed up so badly both lens were popped out and scratched to smithereens today. Owen is on a new chewing rampage. He is 11 months. I hope this isn't new teenager behavior and rather just an enigma. Those were beautiful shoes not hookerish at all.

Oops, it looked like a nice shoe! Stuart was just trying to compete with DK.

This is kind of funny, as I was also reading the responses to the caption contest, Quincy went to the garbage bag that I had some stuff in for our SPCA and stole back the frisbee that I was getting rid of because he just chews them up and had a great time with it, it is now in the garbage, just glad he didn't eat the darn thing.

It was a nice shoe - worn only a couple of times but quite old and from the Nordstrom rack store in Chicago. I was going to get rid of them so Stuart did it for me. LOL But I feel bad - why did he then pee in the house? Weird night.
