Spend a whole day on DK? And admit it.....

Does anyone else out there spend a whole day on Doodlekisses and think of it as a great day??? Or how about look forward all week to Yappy Hour and want to kick yourself because you are just too busy to get to it or remember it on Sat.morning?

I have been sitting here since since about 10:00 am, and it's now 3:30pm and I am as content as can be doing nothing but reading the forum.  I have so few days to just do nothing, or anything I want, and I chose to spend this one day here. And what's even wierder, is that I am starting to feel less and less guilty about it.

My doodles are at my feet and I can rub their bellies, talk to them and actually have them look at me and pay attention, (not everyone does that to me around my house). We are all very content and cozy today. And if I sit here another hour and a half, I'll be right on time for Yappy Hour.

Please tell me I'm not alone and that I must need to get MORE of a life!  That some of you HDA's and HDA's- to-be can do the same thing.....Hello, anyone else out there....????

Chat is and has always been available to all members who are logged in all hours of the day.  You don't have to be a member of any group.  I tried for over a year to get people interested in chat...I'm so glad Yappy Hour was created so people could learn how to enjoy it...yeah Jane!

Yes, Melody there is a Yappy Hour group but all of the Yapping goes on in the live chat. Originally we were going to Yap in the group but it ended up being to awkward and Jane suggested using the live chat and the rest is history!

What's even greater about it is we live in AZ and what is 8pm there is 5pm here.!

That's actually harder for me because around 5pm I'm getting dinner ready or about to or busy with Natalie.  I can't typically get on until 8pm and by then everyone is saying good night!  Guess we need to recruit more West Coast Chatters =)

I never sign off DK...can't you tell? I did defrost a freezer today, mow the lawn, mop the floors, and run an errand for my DD, but in between I was checking what was happening here on DK. Yep, I check a lot and proud of it :)

I'm either looking at DK on my computer or on my phone. I'm addicted.

Yep...same with me.  I am always checking in with my iPhone or iPad when I am not home.  I turn on my computer when I wake up, check in with DK and all the e-mails, make a few comments and then I am in and out the rest of the day.  At night my DH watches the 23" TV in the kitchen with his "bottle" of wine and I take my diet Pepsi into my "woman cave", turn on my 55" TV and sit at my computer and lurk around on DK!  I mean really, there IS a reason I am wearing my Doodle Addict Tee-Shirt!!  And when I get cold I put my DK hoodie on and then when I go to bed I put my DK jammies on...do they make DK undies and bras yet??  lol
