Dress Up Doodles!!

I was recently home for an anniversary party and talking with my niece and her husband about dogs. They were on the verge of getting a new dog and somehow the topic came up about people who dress their dogs up. I started laughing and said, "Oh, those people are wackos and by the way, Fudge and Vern were bees for Halloween."

 

 

Recently, I came across this picture for some reason or another and it made me laugh. Don't you think this is what our dogs are thinking about us when we dress them up.

I know we have a Naked Doodle's Club, but Fudge and Vern, unfortunately, have one of those wacky people living with them that doesn't always follow the rules. I would love to see some photos of embarrassing things we have put on our doodles for our own enjoyment. Just another perk of dog ownership :)

I think so but I, of course, have no knowledge of that. JK. Truly it would work. With  your daughter's editing skills she could do a few things with the background. Not a thing needed for Vern, though.

Jackdoodle just came into the room as I was looking at this, and he is now lying in the front hall with his paw over his eyes, shuddering. If he could speak, I know he would be quoting Kurtz from Apocalypse Now...."The horror!"

 

(Please don't tell him I said this, but I think that dog in the Chiquita Banana outfit is hilarious.)
