I'm assuming this is open to the public.  Do you think there will be a lot of dogs attending.  If you went last year, can you tell me more about it.  Thanks...

Last year, there were probably 15 - 20 dogs there.  It wasn't too much.  Most of them splashed around in the shallow end.  There were a few dogs also swimming around in the deep end.  Last year I tried to get Kaiya to jump off the diving board, but she wouldn't do it.  We'll give it another shot this year.

 

Some owners got into the pool with the dogs.  I didn't, but walked around the side of the pool, keeping an eye on Kaiya the entire time.  She's a good swimmer.  I'd throw a ball or floating frisbee and she'd swim and retrieve it.  It was a lot of fun for both her and me.
