What Feature of a Doodle Makes YOU "Melt"?

After being so sidetracked from DK by 'life'  lately, I took sometime yesterday and now this morning to catch-up. (gotta' LOVE those days off from work).  As I was looking at all of the posts and pictures of everyone's doodles, I realized that there was one feature that always gave me an "AWE!" moment.  Now we all love doodles for their intelligence, comical ways, and 'special' looks, but what is it that gives you that AWE MOMENT?   For me.... it's a really black nose.  I love the contrast of a black nose against the hair on a doodles face. Now, although it's very hard to see Tori's little black nose, it's there.  But on those lighter colored doodles - it is something that truly melts my heart!

For me it's that little bit of tongue that is typically showing......just KILLS me!

HEY, Banjo buddy!  I always said I love that little bit of tongue you seem to sport in many of your pictures... I'm going to dub it the "Banjo bittie"

What a wonderful world this would be if everyone could have at least one doodle!  They may help to bring about world peace!

Wow, I really am having trouble choosing the awwwww part.  First I knew it was the eyes -  but wait! Then I knew it was the fluffy look - but wait!  It is the smile - that is truly my favorite part - the silly laughing, tongue hanging out with the smile reaching right up to put a twinkle in their beautiful doodle eyes -

AWE!  You guys have "MUSH" written all over your faces....I do love the tongue too... sometimes I just reach out and grab it!

Yes, Monty's nose is my obsession as well. You just wanna go "honk-honk". :-)

 Apart from his nose, I also love mornings waking up with him in the bed. Once my DH leaves for work at 6am, Monty jumps up on the bed. I ocassionally get a kick when he is using me as a spring board to turn on his back. And then when he sees me waking up, he looks at me with those doodle eyes and puts his chin on my ankle. And I just want to go "awwwwww". Then I snuggle up closer to him and he rolls on his back again and lets me rub his belly while yawning a million times.
