October Assignment Fall

Just to make life easy after all the calendar stress, I am opting for fall for the next assignment. If you take great pictures you'll be ahead for the next calendar : ) If you take  some bloopers you'll be ready for the photo editing group that will be starting up shortly. The photos can be fall in all it's glory, I for one can't wait, with or without doodles.

Unfortunately, my fall colors are the same as my summer, winter and spring.  Brown, brown and some green.

I miss fall so much (born and raised outside of Chicago).  Keep up with the colorful pictures, I love them.

Thank you, it actually tells a very special story.  This picture was taken just 2 months after we brought our son home from a Russian orphanage.  He would have night terrors and the only way we could calm him is to bring Dixie into the room and place Daniel's arms around her neck.  I think that when he felt Dixie, he realized that he was safe at home and he had nothing to fear.  Dixie was the dog we thought we'd been "stuck" with, yet God had her in our family for a very special reason!
