What a Year, What a Year!!

Tomorrow is my birthday, I will be 39.  What a weird age to be when you are single with no kids.  I never thought I wouldn’t be married and without kiddos but such is life.  I am very blessed regardless...    Lot’s has changed and happened in the past year….Thanks to all my DK Girlfriends for being there for me!!

Sorry no photo montage but here are the highlights…    bathroom flood, bathroom reno, Ruby naughty potty dog sitting (Karen this one for you!!), Gladwyn the rescue, my hero I still love you buddy,  Happy Birthday Bandit, HOLIDAYS!!  Bathroom reno DONE!!, a visit to TX, a decision to move to TX, engagement called off, ex- fiancée diagnosed with Cancer, TX on hold, Cancer treatment starts,  old job sucks, new job starts, Cancer treatments going well, Happy Birthday Rosey!!, TX back on, house listed, house shown, Cancer treatments OVER!! Hooray!!!, house sold, pack pack pack, lot’s of goodbye’s and lots of  tears, drive drive drive,  find a house, house found, unpack unpack unpack…

Ahhhhhhh…….Life begins anew in TX, finally I am home:)

Wow, that is one heck of a year!  I am so glad things have worked out for you and at last you are home...just in time for your birthday too!!!  Happy Birthday.  How are Rosey and Bandit adjusting to their new life?  Such a change weather wise and landscape.  I hope now once you are completely settled we hear more from you and see a lot more photos of the "kids".  Hugs to you all!

Well, this was a surprise!  I saw you in June at the doodle romp and I'm pretty sure you didn't mention moving to Texas.  I wondered where you had been on DK, now I know.  Congratulations on starting your new life.  If we ever get to Texas, Clifford and Cloud will sniff out Rosey and Bandit for some playtime.  You've been through a lot, now it's time to sit back and enjoy the sunshine with your doods.

What a year you've had,  Happy Happy Birthday to you.   I agree my forties were the best decade.  I've calmed down somewhat in my 50's but I had more energy and travelled more and had more excitement (good and bad) in that decade so enjoy the next year and the lead into the "Fabulous Forties'

Happy Birthday Suzann!  You have certainly come through a tough year, and now you're home.  I'm hoping that all the "bad luck" is now behind you and that this is the start of a great new chapter in your life.  You may not have had human kids, but you have been an amazing Mom to two furkids and helped to save the lives of Doodles in need.  That kind of love and compassion always comes back to us, so I'm guessing you have some fantastic years ahead of you!

Wow Suzann you did a great job of cramming one crazy year into a single paragraph!!!! Tara and i have enjoyed getting to know you and your doods over the last year and sharing your ups and downs. It so nice to see you back on DK!!

What a year!  Happy 39th!  Where in Tx are you?  I went to SMU in Dallas for college, my sis lives there, pretty much entire extended family is there. Love Texas!
