Scary because when I was researching to get a puppy that nj goldendoodle website had come up in my research and I considered them!!! Sick...people are just sick!

http://goldendoodle.newjerseypuppiesforsale.com/?awkw=NJ%20goldendo...   this is one of the websites I encountered and it was on that video clip! I wasn't even expecting to find it still running after this but I guess they don't think they are doing anything wrong!

Lynne none of those who sell puppies through Purebred Breeders LLC deserve to have the term "breeders" associated with their names. They are puppy mill operators, pure and simple, and are engaged in the business of making money from the suffering and abuse of animals.

Awfully troubling that anyone would just buy their pup on the Internet, the Internet is NOT good for everything. There are so many breeders, even before I found DK (after I got Daisy) I knew enough to not buy from someone I couldn't meet and see their homes.

Wasn't Lola the Doodle just a beaut though?

Hmmm makes me wonder who the "Florida Breeder" was that shipped the very ill maxi-mini golden doodle in the story.  Hmmmm.....

Too sad!! How horrible!! I know people who have had a dog flown in from another state and have been lucky enough to get a nice dog--but they now realize that knew nothing about the breeder, etc and just believed someone over the phone! There must be so many times though that people get unhealthy pups--or even if they are fine when young, they might have genetic issues later on that few people would connect to the breeder that the puppy came from.

I got a wheaten terrier in a pet store 15 years ago when I was uninformed about the evils of the dog world. I felt sorry for him and wanted to get him out of that store. He had all kinds of personality issues--not a calm dog at all even though Wheatens are supposed to be. When I look back on it now, it is almost certain he was from a puppy mill.

I watched the Today Show this morning and was appalled, but not surprised, by the report.  So many people are being duped by this group.  What I do not understand is how in this day and age they continue to be allowed to operate.  There are really no words (printable) to describe the abusive practice.  People are put in prison every day for far less - why not them?
