Vampire Ad - what the heck?

So now I can see an ad for some vampire game ad - she has skimpy clothes and her umm headlights are showing through.  It is pretty sexual and I'm no prude but why am I seeing this type of ad?  Not appropriate, just saying.

If you click on the little arrow pointing to the right in the ad you can actually edit the catagories that Google Ad-Sense chooses for you - you can put in demographics like age and gender to and interests.  I have noticed since I took out Games as an interest (zero interest for me) that I don't get anything like the vampire ad anymore.  It claims that it gives the ad's based on the cookies stored in your computer but if you delete or clear your cookies a lot then it doesn't have anything to go by and will give you anything and everything...
