Murphy is a standard Goldendoodle. I'm not sure when he stopped growing. He was 80 lbs at 9 months. He is 21/2 now and about 90 lbs and 28" at the withers. Even at dog shows, the usual comment is "BIG dog".
There is a picture of him at 7 wks with my son's tennis shoe. He weighed 7 lbs.
My female GD was fully grown height-wise at 10 months (she's about 24 inches tall over the shoulder); my male GD took a bit longer, and was growing until he was about 18 months old (he measures about 25 inches over the shoulder). They both weigh around 65 lbs, and have been pretty stable weight-wise since they were around 2 years old. I don't know if they are typical or not though.
Jordan (F-1 LD) hasn't....she keeps getting wider and wider ;) She is 3 now and on a diet and daily walks to get the extra doodle love'n off.
I would say I noticed she stopped growing in height around 2ish.
My ALD medium has reached what I expect is his full height, at about 10 months. I do expect him to add about five pounds by the time he is three, and then hope to maintain that weight. However his full brother, but not littermate seems to be growing more slowly. Roo (the older) was not neutered until 6 months and Tigger was neutered at 8 weeks. I wonder if that makes a difference in growth rate and perhaps contributes to him being a somewhat smaller dog. Anyone know?
Rosco reached his final weight at eight months he actually got all the way up to 88 pounds and his first year. Now at almost three years old he's 80 pounds. He may have grown another half an inch to 1 inch after eight months but he did not get heavier.
