BEAUTIFUL,SWEET GOLDENDOODLE BOY IN MARYLAND NEEDS FOREVER HOME-CONTACT ME IF INTERESTED.

CHARLIE-10 MONTH OLD, MALE, NON-SHEDDING, GOLDENDOODLE--NEUTERED,HOUSETRAINED.

I have spoken with this young woman extensively about Charlie and I am prepared to drive to Maryland after the weekend and get him myself..but I thought that I would post him here in case there is anyone in Maryland (or willing to drive there) who is interested in adopting this sweet boy. I promised Shannon his owner that I would help find him a wonderful new home or take him myself. Below is Shannon's information on Charlie. Please contact me privately via DK email if you are interested.

ABOUT CHARLIE

Charlie is approximately 10 mo old medium (50lbs.) Goldendoodle. He is all black with a medium length curly coat that I have been grooming and clipping myself (he is a very good boy for the process). He listens pretty well off his leash, loves to play fetch, absolutely loves the water, car rides, camping, canoeing, and dog parks. He is very outgoing and easygoing when introduced to new people, surroundings, and loud noises like fireworks. He is full of energy and loves to play, but also is a big cuddler and loves to be a lap dog when it's time to wind down at night. He needs more attention and more space than I can provide him. I live in a small apartment without any playmates for Charlie during the day. I work full time and have recently gone back to school for a differernt degree. Charlie was almost "returned" to a pet store breeder (a.k.a. puppy mill I'm sure) after a near death experience with parvo at only 10 weeks old. I learned that he was on a shipping truck with many other dogs for 4 days before arriving to the pet store already very ill. I worked at the vet hospital where he recovered and could not bear to see him be sent back to an unknown fate especially when he was still very underweight and fragile. I wanted to give him a chance at a better life, but as hard as I try I just can't provide him with the life suitable for a 50 lb rambunctious puppy at heart. He is very well socialized, but not gentle with cats. He is surprisingly gentle with kids when he's on his leash. His happy home would have a large backyard with one or two other outgoing easygoing playmates just as him and a loving owner or family fully commited to their animal's well-being. This wasn't an easy decision for me, but it's the right one. If you or someone you know well can provide him a happy home, please contact Jacquie. I'm sure once you meet Charlie you will fall in love just as I did. Thank you.
