The new Harpo

Well, we did it.  Harpo has been cut down and no longer has his dreads.  It will be easier to keep him clean after trips to the beach and walks, but it will take a little getting used to.  Here he is pre-cut and post-cut.  I think people will say "Is that some kind of poodle?"  It will be interesting to hear comments at the obedience class tomorrow.

He does match the furniture! He looks fuzzy and cuddly--wish I could give him some pets.

I love the new Harpo look.  He looks so much happier and I bet he loves it.  It will probably be a hot summer so you are doing it just at the right time.  Personally, I didn't like the other look on him.  He looked heavy and slow...neither of which he is.  Also he looked very hot.  Has the hair cut given him more pep and energy?  Gracie always loves her short haircuts.  She bounces around like she has had a load just lifted off her shoulders!  ha ha
