First Visit to Family - I'm amazed

We went 1 1/2 hours up to Milwaukee to see our son and his family. Sage came along and I was worried that she would be a pain and be very disruptive. Sage is 6 months old and just finishing her first level training. We took our crate that's collapsible.
Sage was terrific! They have a big dog, a mutt who is very sweet. Nomar came out to greet us and started doing her play bows. I had Sage on her pinch collar and on her leather leash - loose leash. They played and Nomar went out and got one of her toys for Sage. So cute. Then Nomar went in the back and went to sleep. Our little 14 month old twins were interested but Sage left them alone. Sage went right into her box and went to sleep and we left to come home after lunch.
A perfect day. And Sage was a very polite guest.

So glad o hear this. Lucca is 10 weeks old and we were supposed to go to Sacramento (2 hours away) for Thanksgiving and we canceled.I didn't know how he would do. I think I'll wait a couple more months though.

Your little one would probably snooze the whole time. Sage is doing Zoomies right now. Chasing her tail too. These dogs are too funny!

Sage says thanks! Are you counting the days until Nestle arrives? I know you will love her. How big is she now? She is Callie's pup right. Callie and her mom Atta Girl are spectacular dogs. So sweet with their pups. Your little Nestle was a tiny one when we saw them. Can't wait to hear more about Nestle. .
