This seemed the right place for this video. I am exhausted having watched it and know it is beyond me to do what this man does. But it does inspire me to do more on whatever scale I can. Certainly some of the principles he talks about are things that have been studied.

It makes sense in terms of falls and just general wellness. Here's one:

This fellow is lucky in that he doesn't seem to have arthritis or any of the things that make what he does difficult or impossible.
I couldn't find my flip flops so I took my bike out instead. I think this guy has HADD of the extreme kind.
: )
Holy couch potato! I am sure he is right, but as Joann said he is also lucky to not have any of the problems that plague us as we get older. I can't even walk very far in flip flops without hurting. I could do some of the things he does in my sneakers though. He seems to have more toys than he needs, maybe he would loan me two or three. No ladders though. Absolutely no ladders.
The only problem with his theory is that some of the things he does could cause him to fall hard enough to break something or sometimes worse tear something. I don't care how active you are, as you age you heal more slowly and less thoroughly. Your body just isn't moving even on the cellular level as fast.
Off my soapbox now, and back to the couch, enough exercise for tonight.
I like your way of thinking!
