My mommy was worried about my ear cause my baby brother Baxter LOVES to bite my ears and my tail. One of my ears was bothering me a lot and even though my mom was putting lots of stuff in there it was still pretty red and yucky looking. Sure enough the vet looked at it and said no ear infection but lots of little bite marks..... I was going to post a picture of it but my mommy said it would be better if everyone just used their imagination.....picture below of me just back from the vet:(
Baxter went to the vet with me but for some reason he didn't get in trouble for biting me. Everyone just thinks he is so darned cute but I am much more better behaved. My mom and dad call Baxter the Happy Hooligan!
So Baxter please chew on your antlers and Kongs and all the other stuff good puppies are supposed to be chewing on.......I forgot to tell you that Baxter LOVES mom's sandals.....your big brother Jake:(

I was very sorry to hear about what happened to you and was wondering how you were doing. I would gladly ship send Baxter up to play with Sophie:)
Poor Jake, I know just how you feel. It's been 5 years and my little sister still bites my ears to make me drop what she wants, sigh. I hope it get's better for you! Your friend Buddy!
Hey Jake....
I know your pain.. My Grandma's puppy Molly is here and since the day we got her over a year ago she won't stop biting my legs, my ears or my tail... I can't walk five feet without her jumping on me.... I have to run to my mom for protection because she is bigger then me...
I mean WTD doesn't she know I am a sophisticated male.. I don't have time to be chewed on.. as irresistible as I am.. I am not for being chewed on....
Sometimes when I had enough.. I just sit on Molly....it doesn't always work because she weighs almost double of me..
I say we hire a body guard.. are you game???
Hiring a body guard sounds good to me......it's not easy trying to be the nice guy and to be taken advantage of like this.
Jake, I'm sorry your brother is so earitating but hopefully he'll grow out of it soon. I think you should get a set of ear muffs to protect those ears.
LOL...earitating....I will have to remember that one!
Well first of all you are just too cute Jake and I sure don't blame you for wanting Baxter to learn some manners - ear chewing just isn't very nice. I know this because Rooney's little (much larger) brother Stuart - chews his ears like they were gum. I bet Baxter might grow out of this but if not - chew his ears right back!!!
hmm....chew his ear right back......I just might have to do that sometime and give him a taste of his own medicine....just don't tell my mom ok????
I don't know Vern..... you are looking a bit like a Granny with that blanket over your head.......my mom says it reminds her of the sock curlers she used to have to suffer thru wearing at night as a child. Fudge on the other hand you look brave and mighty to me...he..he:)
Dear Jake,
I know what it's like to have a really naughty brother. My brother, Murphy, likes to wait till my Mom isn't looking and then he bites my legs. If I try to run away he chases me and knocks me right down (he's way bigger than I am). I find if you let out a little cry then Mom comes running and my brother gets in big trouble. She usually makes him lay down in one spot and stay there for a long time.....then I go get all the best toys for myself. Try that "crying thing"...it always works for me. Your Doodle buddy, Guinness.
