Ginny posted earlier today about the GSD Missy who was found injured and abandoned on a mountainside in Colorado.  Here is her story:

There is a possibility that Missy could be returned to the man who left her to die on the mountain!!!! Now there is a petition drive on Change.org asking the Clear Creek County Sheriff to release Missy to the people who rescued her and want to give her a loving home.

Please sign this petition and pass the word along in any way you can. Missy should not be returned to a person who thought so little of her that he abandoned her and left her to die a miserable death.

I've been signing petitions on Change.org for a while and really don't get too many emails from them. Not even one a day. I think they don't want to push their luck and have people send them into the spam folder! I hope they don't pester you either! Thanks for bringing the Missy's story to our attention. Now let's hope for a happier happy ending for her!!
