Dear Abby is an advice column that some of you may be familiar with, the advice given is usually witty and to the point and sometimes with a dollop of sarcasm. I thought it might be fun to have a doodle version so I am borrowing this idea and applying it to doodles. Doods do you have an embarassing questions that you'd like answered? We'll keep your identity a secret, no one will ever know it was you.

So post your letters to Dear Abby or in this case Dear Woofie

If you have a serious question, this is not the place to ask, as this post is intended for fun only.
I know that we have some very witty DKers and we are never shy with advice so let's have a little fun and maybe help out a few doodles along the way.

Anyone can post a question either real or imagined and I'm counting on all of you for your answers. If it just so happens you have a photo ( of another doodle of course) to go with your question, even better. Of course, there will be no real names used to protect the innocent.

Dear Woofie,
I get teased by the other doods because they say I pee like a girl just because I don't lift my leg. What can I tell them to get them to stop teasing me?
                                                                  Wondering Wizzer
Dear Wondering Wizzer,
It's time to stand up and take it like a man, or in this case pee like a man, it's time to give yourself a leg up so when it comes to teasing you the other doods won't have a leg to stand on.

Please post your question in bold and address it to Dear Woofie

Dear Woofie,

Any advice on how to get a lid off a garbage can? Recently I discovered the new guy at work put yummy stuff in there, I think Mom said it was left overs when she starting yelling "no food in the trash can" to him when I pulled it out.

Well being the fine food critique that I am I figured hey, this garbage can might hold special things  and I check every day, sure enough there was a soup can in there one day and the next day too, I licked em both clean and forgot to put them back in so I was caught. I gave her the innocent look but she didn't buy it and now there is that "lid thing" Actually I am kind of mad at myself for never checking before.

Any advice would be much appreciated for any help you can offer,

Denied in Ohio

Dear Denied, Ask a racoon. They know all the tricks.

Surely you jest, when I see a racoon it's when I am looking back on a dead run to make sure it's not following me, I need better info.

LOL, LOL

Daisy, Gratitude is not your long suit : )

Dear Denied, Stay patient, someday that lid is sure to be left open, seize the moment and don't forget to cover up the evidence.

I don't know Mom was pretty ticked when she found the lid open the other day...I think someone might get downsized for that offense.

Dear Denied,

This is not as tricky as it seems. You are obviously a very obedient doodle or you would have thought of this already. I just knock the can over, the lid pops open and I have easy access to all contents.

Go for it!

Clever.

hmmmm, that might be a good plan, I can blame it on the new guy.

Dear Woofie,

I have a somewhat... embarassing problem. Although I'm adorable and appealing, people nearly faint when I open my mouth. It's because I have a TINY bit of bad breath. I brush my teeth, I eat my hard kibble, and I chew on hard antlers. I even had a dental cleaning last year. What is a dood to do?

Sincerely

Unpleasant in Utah

Dear Unpleasant,

I am sorry to hear about your embarrassing "issue". I had a predecessor with the same problem. My mom says his saliva stunk! The family had to adjust, but it was a constant topic of conversation. I don't know if they make doggie breath wash. Have you tried nibbling on mint. I know that I love to chew on grass. Maybe the mint would help.

Hoping you get help here from Woofie.

Sweet doodle-breath boy
