"Duckie, my three-year-old golden doodle, is a 70 pound spayed female, dark gray in color. She is very shaggy and has a lipoma. Duckie ran away from us doing our evacuation in Jenning's, Louisiana. Chasing her in the dark, I fell and broke my wrist. After surgery in Lafayette, I am back in Metairie with my other animals. D is UTD on shots, tho her tags do not reflect this. Her microchip says she belongs to Marie DeSalvo, but she has been mine since 8 mos old. She ran away from First St. in Jennings. She is timid. If you see her, pls call 504-214-4450.

I hope she is found soon and reunited with her rightful owner. But, if she has had the dog since she was 8 months old and is now 3........ why didn't she update her chip? Just sayin'......
