A dream come true! Tales (tails?) from the Doodle Cruise.

We started planning in July of 2011 and the Doodle Cruise was but a dream.  All the days of planning and waiting and finally it was here.  The chance to meet in person some of my DK IDOLS!  From the 1st moment it was truely like we were all old friends - because we really were old friends.  This past week was one I will never forget.  There were tons of laughs, some tears, dancing, way too much eating and drinking.  Doodle talk of course!!!  I am way to tired (and want to spend time with Rooney, Stuart and DH) to go into details - those will all come as people get home but I'll share a few photos with you all.  Oh and of course WE CAN'T TELL EVERYTHING - some things will have to stay on the ship.

Well, now that explains it. He must have slipped through the water like an eel, because he was so fast no one but Deanna saw him. Gee, I can't wait to tell John he needs a Speedo and the "form follows function," thing. LOL

Lets just put it this way - Laurie gave us a shirt and made us er I mean ASKED us nicely to wear them.  I tried to resist but in the end decided I'd comply out of fear - no no I mean out of LOVE for Fudge and Vern.

To set the record right, Laurie did not distribute the shirts until AFTER the voting for the door contest!! Oh, which reminds me...we never really voted...J-Rex and Dori CHOSE Laurie as the consolation winner -- second to them, of course!

I will wear my shirt proudly...as soon as I can find it in my suitcase!
