oh my gosh I sure hope you've gotten it back by now.  I was tearing up thinking of people w/o heat during the snow storm the other night!  I'm telling you this ordeal has made me realize how many things we have to be greatful for!

The shore is apparently such a mess.  One of my co-workers lives in Union Beach and showed me photos of the area today.  It was so so so sad.  I have youtubed Ocean Grove and Asbury Park.  It definitely got hit but does not appear to be destroyed like some other areas.  We are so close to Keyport and I heard they really got hit.  I'm half tempted to take a ride (it's like 10 minutes away) and half don't want to see it.  I've already cried many times just watching the videos :(

 

We're taking the doodles to the L'Oreal thing tomorrow.   Our yard is still a mess and they cannot be off leash so they need an outing :)

I hope this nor'easter isn't as bad as they are saying.  Hang in there everyone!  I can't believe so many of you are still without power. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help from here in Illinois.

I can't believe we are going to have another one today. So many without power and that lost their homes.  This is just so sad and now to drop this on everyone again I just pray we all stay safe and are still able to help those that need it and we do not make that list any bigger than it is right now.

We are ok here, We lost power initially then got it back for a day then lost it for eight. It was very chilly. I can not complain we suffered no damage to house or property. I wish I could say the same for some of our neighbors. One of my friends lost her house two trees went right through the middle of her house. My town was a disaster. Thanks for the concern.xo

Anna, I'm glad you're ok.  It sounds like you have power back, I hope.  We're here close to the PA/NJ border near New Hope and we've seen houses lost the same way.  Still cleaning up.  Most power is back except in the Stockton, NJ area.  Still thinking of everyone.  Trying to help those that need it.

Anna, I'm so grateful to hear you are okay. The devastation is just shocking. I'm very sorry your town was so badly hit. Praying for help for all in such dire need.

Good news, I just heard from Charlotte and Paz.  They were evacuated for a week and stayed with relatives, but are home now with all utilities.  Paz even did some therapy work at an evacuation point.  You New Yorkers and Jersey Girls are a tough bunch I tell ya!
