My Charlie is a picky eater.  He hasn't eaten in 2 or 3 days and you can hear his tummy gurgling from 2 weeks away.  He loves muffins so I decided to bake some muffins with ground up dog food and cheese in them.  He ate a couple of them, but when I wasn't looking he just took the paper muffin thing that I baked it in and ate that.  He left half the muffin but I guess that paper was tasty.  Will this hurt him at all?  Or just come out the other end?  Maybe he felt like he needed some extra fiber.

Jewel is a  big tissue and paper eater. I put a stop to the paper towels though, they are just too big. At least I try.  She has this way of hiding it in her mouth. She stuffs it all in and then closes her mouth.  As if to say" I don't have anything in my mouth..what are you talking about!" It's hilarious.

Doc JUST ate half a tissue, while reading this! ;)

oh... & i think its great you made dog food muffins! lucky dog =)

One more.  When Pete was about 13 and blind, already near his end days I just never fretted the small stuff any more.

There was a parking lot attendant where I work who would donate to me, unused paper stock thickness parking stubs. I used to give him several a day. LOVE

Wait a minute!!  So I spend half my day prying open this dog's mouth to pull our napkins and misc. straw wrappers for no reason?  I truly thought they would cause constipation.  Sigh...

He should be fine... My Shelby loves to eat paper towels..... Silly doodle!

Finnley eats paper like she is training for an Olympic event ! Glad to hear of so many other paper eaters out there too !

Kona prefers toilet tissue and kleenex, and Buddy loves to steal the napkins off the tv trays.  Paper product loonies here and always have been.  When Buddy was a little puppy I couldn't even clean the big glass sliding windows because he would chase the paper towels up and down and play tug :)

I see it, Gina.  Funny. Who does windows anyway?  Dog slobber will be there the next day

And a cold, forget about it.  Blow your nose and they come rushing like you have a treat in your hand.  Ewww.

Ha ha ha, Joanne I love the tissue blow your nose comment. Finnley stays really close to my mother when I go there every day. She is the typical little old lady with 100 tissues.... mostly used up her sleeve, or in her pocket. That is almost as good to steal, as is a treat from the kitty litter box ! BLECK

Kitty litter box around here has a LOCK on it!  Tissues, fine. Litter box tootsie rolls-heck no

A lock ? What kind of lock ? I just put up a baby gate, but it's a pain. What kind of litter box is this?
