We use baby wipes when we have to wipe Annie's feet down.  I like them because they are gentle and disposable!

I put towels by the door and extra rugs down during the muddy season.  Get used to it. This lasts until June

this is so funny I thought we was the only ones that done that.We have towels that Jake knows is his only when he goes out he always waits at the door to get his feet wiped then he has to play with one for awhile, then when we to the washing we always make sure he has a towel in there because he waiting.

Sharon  :)   Yep, my puppy is 4, and still grabs the towels and thinks it is play time during paw wiping. Dogs are so positive sometimes. They really do see play and happiness in a lot we do.

And, he carries the towels to the laundry too.

Wow, Baby Wipes would be perfect.  I get tired of the "towel" thing.

I put one towel down outside the back door. Call the dogs in from the back yard, while they wait their turn to come in the house, they are stomping on the towel. On the inside of the door is another towel on the floor where they stop to get their feet wiped before getting to run loose in the house. I have my daughter's lab with me this week and she is like wrestling a bull when she comes through the door. They are having so much running in the back yard and getting muddy. UGH! Can't wait for summer.

Towels.  And when the job is too big - like this:  then we do paw dunks like this:  and then dry like this:

BG~  Did you do this photo shoot for this discussion?  Nicely done.  Love the visuals.  I almost got out the bucket today ...

No these were sitting in the camera from a couple of days ago.  But todays paws were twice as bad and we are visiting the in-laws tomorrow (who for the first time every agreed that Gav could come with us to their house) so really needed to do a good clean up!

Yep ~ been there and done that!  Great how-to photos, BG.

I only wipe if REALLY BAD. Otherwise I keep them in the mudroom or crate till they've made all the footprints possible and are kinda dry.

We have something new to try.

A garden hose hooked up to an inside faucet.  It is a 6ft garden hose, a garden hose sprinkler, with an adapter.

The inside shower heads would work, but they have water savers inside of them and it was just not enough G.P.M. to clean a hairy dog.

Total cost- $20.00
I am going to post it in my discussion in the Grooming Group but I have not used it yet
