Install missing plugins

I have resisted posting this question but frankly it is driving me nuts.

For about a month now when I get on DK inevitably I get the dreaded "Additonal pluggins are required to display all the media on this page" when I try to install missing plugins it then says missing plugin not available. WHAT the doodle?

Is this just me or are others having this same issue?

Lisa, You are not alone on this one.  No matter what computer I'm on the missing plugin notice appears, and when I click on it there are none available.

This happens to me too but only when using Firefox.  No problem with IE9.

Lisa, I haven't had this problem, but I don't use Firefox, I use IE and Chrome. There's a recent discussion where Adina asked us what kinds of tech problems we were having a few people mentioned this same thing. I'll go find it for you.
