I'm thinking of opening a new dog park in Thailand. Found a great space in a good location around 2 acres (8000 sqm) in size. The space was formerly a driving range so it has grass and sand bunkers as a starting base. This will be one of the first dog park in center of Bangkok.
I'd like to get your ideas and wish list to make it the best dog park.
Here're some of the things I've thought of so far...
Revenue source
Thank you in advance for your great idea :)

Thanks so much Diana for the information. especially the ratio and software program.
Will let you know if I need more information. I'm still in process of doing financial feasibility. Trying to gauge how much business I'm going to get is very difficult and trying negotiate for lower rent for the land.
Kimmy--such an ambitious idea! I see others have mentioned the idea of getting some legal advice to see what your liabilities are as the owner of a dog park--if one dog attacks another, who pays for the vet bills? That sort of thing. But the area looks wonderful, and you have all sorts of good ideas! I don't know how helpful this site would be, but this is for an indoor dog park in Portland, Oregon. I drop in there, after having turned in copies of Trav's shot records and his having passed a 'getting along with other dogs' test. I pay $12 when I drop in, which I think is for the day. I usually don't stay more than an hour or so.
Thanks Pat for the information. Can you give me more details about the "getting along with other dogs" test?
