Gee Gavin you are so brave, that's the groundhog that nightmares are made of. We don't have groundhogs so we rely on Nova Scotia’s Shubenacadie Sam  who was the first out of his burrow this morning to make his prediction  via webcam, and for those of us hoping for an early spring, the pride of Shubenacadie did see his shadow. Six more weeks of winter for us, which is kind of funny really as we can count on at least eight weeks or more.

Totally understand Sheila!  My DH takes care of his 96 yr. old mom and it gets very trying at times and exhausting.  She is the sweetest woman in the world, but at 96 it is challenging!  Thanks for the Ground Hog reminder:)
