I am just so excited to finally have decided on a breeder and sent my deposit and am now joining the ranks of those waiting for a doodle. I am counting the days!!!!! What do we do to pass the time????
thanks to DK I can read about other doodles and enjoy them !
I think you pass the time with your feet up relaxing, popping out to the shops, snacking on the sofa, sleeping through the night, skipping on vacuming, lounging in the bath etc etc - and all the other things you do now that will be tricky in the weeks to come! Enjoy your new baby, you are in for so much fun!
Oh so good to hear I'm not totally alone in my agony. I tell my DH how excited I am and he just smiles like "That's nice, dear". No sympathy there. My puppy will be ready Jan 2nd, however, we are driving from Fla back to AZ Jan 8th-ish and will have the pup shipped to us when we arrive there. (Weather depending).
She is a F1, cream, and I will get to see updated pictures this weekend, so I've got something to look forward to.
I am working in Fl. now and am so busy with work that I think time will really fly. I then have several months off after Jan 8th to help survive puppyhood.
Our daughter has a 11 month old doodle that is in the picture with me and he is what started this whole journey!!! That is Marley and one of my 3 grand-doggies. He single handedly turned me into a doodle lover!!!!!
You must be so excited to be so close to your puppy's arrival! You will have to keep us all posted how it goes day by day (if you have time) and let those of us waiting ,get a glimpse of what we can expect.
Wasn't finding a breeder just grueling? So many choices!!!! Well, that's behind both of us and your wait is almost over, good for you.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
This is so cute Marianne, I am thankful even more so now for Tivo, Tile floors, living in Az and Fla. (no snow), The rest I will certainly have to deal with. Thank you, made me smile thinking of it all.
