Pregnant or Not?

Hey, guardian families!  I have a question for those of you more experienced than me!  Maggie (my F1 standard goldendoodle) has had one litter.  Her first litter, she had 13 puppies!  However, I couldn't even tell for sure that she was even pregnant until the last 2 weeks or so.  Is that normal?  When can you all tell that your female is pregnant?  I must be an idiot!  My breeder keeps asking me if I can tell if she's pregnant or not.  She is due for her 2nd litter in 3 weeks and I still can't even tell for sure!  I do notice that her nipples may be a little distended, but then again, sometimes I don't know if I'm imagining because I'm trying to look so hard!  Also, I notice around her nipples, some brown (I don't know how to describe this) like pieces of dirt or something.  It comes off if I scrape it, but I don't want to hurt her.  Does that mean she's leaking and it's sticking to her belly?  I don't know what to think!  Any advice is appreciated!

My ALD just had her first litter 2 weeks ago and I could not tell if she was pregnant until two weeks before she delivered, then she got huge and it was pretty obvious. Her teats got a little bigger but still I really couldn't tell for a long time. I thought maybe the second time it would be clearer but maybe not!

My breeder always had the dogs go for an ultrasound on day 30 from breeding.  Also my dogs had morning sickness.
