I think this is pretty creative....even though I don't agree with the idea of potty pads, I have many friends who disagree and use them for their small dogs.

Sorry folks, forgot to add the video...(rolling eyes!)
I agree Joanna! I thought the crate teaches them not to go until they are out of it! At least that is how it worked for Libby.
This looks great for some pups. I wish they had something like this for emergency use for large dogs. Of course they'd have to be used to such a thing. Actually my crates have enough room for a small "bathroom" and Calla's even has 2 doors.
This looks silly to me.
My neighbor has a Yorki they "trained" with potty pads, NOT! They now say they would never do that again.
my parents and my son and daughter-in-law have small dogs that have been "house trained" to potty pads. Not one of these dogs can be trusted in the house. I personally think it's very confusing for them, how are they to know a potty pad from any other paper or light fabric.
I can't believe I watched the whole video! It was just sooo amusing!
I saw a video the other day about teaching a dog to use the toilet. He jumped up on the seat and peed and pooped in the toilet and then flushed it. So, I guess you can train a dog to do whatever you need them to do. I have seen cats toilet trained, but not dogs. I really like it, however, when a dog is trained to pee or poop on command. My first doodle was trained to go on command and he would squeeze out whatever he had for his donation when I told him to "go peepee". Very convenient for when you are traveling.
Agreed, Harley knows that when I say "go potty" he better get on with business or else he's holding it for a while longer.
I like this one better. Hope I credit this correctly. Posted on FB
